OCC Miramar is Nightstar Aviation's Flight & Mission Support Center. Strategically based in South Europe, OCC Miramar is your portal to Africa, Middle East, Asia, CIS and Europe, as well as the Americas. 

OCC Miramar can, on behalf of its clients, obtain overflight and landing permits, handling services, fueling, special mission permits, diplomatic permissions, oceanic flight clearance, hotel and crew services and more. 

OCC Miramar has ground handling agreements with handlers / agents around the world. Our local representatives are always available to facilitate your mission from touchdown to takeoff. We continuously monitor flight status and constantly strive for customer satisfaction and provision of the highest quality services achievable.
